I have Ulmer airbox, PCV, ignition controler, and HC Drag n Fly. WOT RPM is a quick 10,800-900. Works well when driven aggressively.
If I am growing old of anything it is the hard engagement, and bush trail manners. I think going back to the stock clutch kit will help smooth out.
Do you think I'll give up top end speed performance ? Or just the hole shot, where I believe the hard engagement, is in fact belt squeeze at a higher launch rpm ?
Do anyone think that my other mods would takle the RPMs too high with a stock kit on. ?

Try the orange-pink-orange spring. Just added it and it helps with all of that! Under $20.00 at the dealer.

are you running the HC black spring?
if you are do what yooper1 suggested, I found the HC spring to be really harsh on engagement and the OPO to be really smooth but you might have to adjust your weights slightly

Yes Iam running the HC black. Thanks guys I will try the OPO.
So you'al believe there is enough benefit from the kit to leave it on, but just fine tune it ?

YES, try it. It's cheap and you'll like the Torque.

get the long OPO spring, I bought the short one and my engagement is a little too low, roughly 2900-3000 rpm
