Do any of you guys have some tips and tricks for removing the stock heated grips?
I want to instal a fly bar setup with an 8 inch riser but don't want to mess up my heated grips and have to get new ones.
Thanx

They are just rivited on there. Just drill off the head and knock them through and slide them off. Very simple!

I had to change mine out on my 06 RTX. There are two rivets yes, but they are also glued. I had to take a small screw driver and CAREFULLY, push the flathead screwdriver all the way between the grip and the bar. You'll be able to feel what I am talking about. As I worked the screwdriver threw there I also sprayed WD-40 in between the grips and the bar and worked it until it came loose. I have used oil in the past also.

That's right! I forgot about the glue, but they did come off easy.
