Replacing all drive bearings, big job?

Is there any tricks to replacing the drive shaft bearings and the jack shaft bearings? Got about 3100 on the sled and going to swap tracks I figured I might as well do the bearings.

Also was there a way to get the right size right from the maker of the bearing which was much cheaper then going through yamaha?

I'll probably get the 04 locking collar parts and do that on the one behind the secondary.

I want ZERO problems next year so if there is a trick to it I'll have the shop do it. Thanks!!

Very straight forward with bearing replacement. You will already have the driveshaft out and the chaincase off. The two bearings in the back of the chaincase, just tap out and you already have removed the non-chaincase side driveshaft to remove it. I believe you can match up 3 bearings at your local bearing shop, but for the non-chaincase side driveshaft bearing I could only find from Yamaha.
