REV LIMITER?

MY RS MNT SEEMS TO STOP REVVING AT 8 GRAND
IS IT TAPPED OR IS IT BEING SHUT DOWN?

It should go over 8000, but they're rigged for lower altitudes. Lean out the jetting, lighten up the primary weights.

they hit the limiter at 9200, but you want it to pull 86-8800 you are probly riding high elevation & are pulling to much weight less weight more rpm

thanks for the 9,200 info something to shoot for, it gets there fast so I figured it was hitting a limiter
