Reverse actuator terminal resistance

What should I read for resistance when across the terminals of the reverse actuator? I am getting SD-8 error code when measure voltage I do see a 12 volts for a short blip when pushing the button

The short blip of 12VDC is correct, what lead to this SD08 code?
Did you remove the actuator recently? Provide some details that lead to this code.....
