reverse chain looseness

I changed the chain case oil today on my LTX SE. it has 3000 KM and this is the 2nd oil change. I noticed the reverse chain was quite loose and there is no adjustment. Anyone else observing this? Any concerns?

Yea scary but hasnt seemed to be a issue at all.
