no i meant the little reverse chain -i whacked the shaft over a little with a block of wood and a hammer -must have been pushed over when the guy took it out of the other sled. alls well though put it back together and everything is workin as it should. ordered the new oil tube just waiting for it to come in .backordered till 1-20-15 yeah. 8 INCHES ON WED nice turkey day ride around the yard i hopeI'm guessing you mean that the actual drive chain (not the chain inside the reverse gearbox) is rubbing on the sideplate? There should be a spacer between the right sideplate jackshaft bearing and the upper drive gear. It would probably be slightly thinner than the outer spacer, and on my sled it was gold in color. Maybe look around and see if it got left out? Here's a picture showing the order the spacers and gear go in.
Hope this helps!
