reverse problems

I did a search didn't find anything... My sled goes into reverse but then it slips out of reverse followed by a loud noise from the gear box like its between reverse and forward.. What wrong with it? and what do I need to do to fix it?

search reverse adjustment...it might even be pinned somewhere here. there are two threaded bars where u can adjust it....same thing happened o me.....adjusted to spec and now works perfect
