3 tracks now on the 137 length.
Backcountry 1.75 2 ply, no studs
Storm 1.50 2 ply 196 1.86 studs
Ripsaw 2 1.5 2 ply no studs
All 3 awesome tracks.
if running on hard trails or trails with some loose snow I recommend putting ice scratchers to cool track to keep from throwing lugs.
50/50 on off trail get the Backcountry 1.75
75/25 on off trail get the storm 150
Mostly trail get the ripsaw 2 1.5
Grip coming out of corners on snow is great on all 3 tracks.

I ride the black hills, big horns and duboise area go 1.5 inch dont mess with the 1.25 inch, forward thrust is what you want and no speed loss that will ever notice.

Imo depends the type of trails you’re riding mostly, groomed hard pack base, high speeds, the lower the lug the better. Fresh snow frequently on groomed base, a little taller lug. Deeper snow off trail, the taller the lug the better. Stud length and type… personal preference.

And how you ride. I like the 1.5s on my buddys sled on big groomers but prefer the stock SRX track in the tight trails.

Whatever track you buy, get one that is fully clipped. I purchased a 1.24 Rip2 fully clipped from track usa for my old ZR9 a few years ago and had no issues.

Just FYI - for anyone that might be interested, TracksUSA now sells a 137" x 15" x 1.25", 2.86 pitch Ripsaw 1, fully clipped, NOT quiet track. Yes, the original Ripsaw!
I just bought one.

So I ended up with a Ripsaw II 1.25 . Looking forward to see how hard it pulls out of corners this season!
