I am looking into getting a riser block for my 2009 nytro xtx. 99%of my riding is done sitting down (I have a disability I use 2 canes when walking and wheelchair) I find that the the handle bar position of the nytro has a bit to be desired. When turning slow while sitting down the handle bars hit my knees (especially when riding double) and when standing up I find that the handle bars are a bit too low. I think the bars are in the same postion they were at from new. Should I be getting a 2 inch riser block or would that make the bars too high when sitting down?

The OFT steering post relocator will get the bars out of your by change the sweep and putting them in a better position. Check out their site ( click on their sponser link ) for pics...I highly recommend this item to anyone with a Nytro.
Also a Lake Effect 2.5" riser which is also a site sponser. I have both and never hit my knees.

I have to agree. I'd start with the OFT relocator and see how you like that height.

OFT steering relocator is what I'd recommend. It is a very high quality part, well made, and it caused me zero problems in racing. It puts the steering stem more forward so the sweep of the bars is more similar to that of the other sleds. Like you noticed, the stock sweep is more like a steering wheel. The other benefit is it will raise your bars since the stem is getting angled forward.
