Just had to replace one of the two u-brackets that holds the handlebar to the riser because I cracked it while tightening down the handlebar (recommended torque was 15 ft-lbs and it cracked well before that). Does anyone make a solid CNC bracket to replace the two brackets?

Joseph,

There is a TY member “Superman” who has made risers in different colors for the viper as well as assorted AC models. All of his risers are billet and the caps are also billet and are significantly stronger than the stock parts. I would contact him and see if he has a couple caps sitting around. I’ve not talked to him recently but I believe that they were selling many of the machine tools in their shop. He has always been very helpful and I am sure that he will gladly help if he can.

PM sent. If I can help anybody with Riser solutions feel free to call me or text me 24/7 at (989)390-2502.

Little bro was looking for something.. I was talking to him of Thanksgiving. Give him a shout, he would love to hear from you.
