You are going to have to drill, and grind down the fillets on the underside of the post plate, in order to get the nuts locked down. OR you could buy metric bolts - use loc-tite. You may not need the Mountain throttle cable as the pivot will bring the cables closer to the tank cover opening.
Finish it off with a Nytro seat.

I recently installed the PowerMadd pivot riser with a 4" block on my '05 Warrior. I love it!
I replaced the stock throttle cable with a mountain cable...only takes 5 minutes and gives plenty of slack.
I had to reroute the brake lines, but everything works with no binding.

Reroute to where?

I had to disconnect the parking brake cable, and re-route it from the caliper to the handle bar using a more direct route than the factory had it.
Same with the brake line, except I did not have to disconnect it, but just change where the brake line holder was.
The factory layout has a big curve in the routing, and changing that to a more direct (straight line) is enough to fit the riser. :exc:

I've got a non-pivoting, 2" riser in my 03 LE and I didn't have to change or reroute any cables at all. No problems. I would think if you pivoted it forward slightly you'd gain even more slack for the cables?????

So on an 03 rx-1 you use the 05 mountain cable? Right?

Any mountain cable form 03-05 I believe will work

I thought I read the 05 mountain cable is the longest. Or maybe that the 03 mountain cable was not any longer?

Don't know. Ordered mine form VIsion Motorsports in BC and they sent it right out. If you do this mod it's excelent.

4 inch foam and I think 3 inch riser is what I am leaning towards. I already have some high density foam. Only need the cable and riser.

I got the Powermadd pivot riser. Pivot plus 2" riser equaled 3 1/2". I also had 3" foam added to seat and the upgrades turned out to be very good.

Thanks
