Boy am I excited over this one from Roc! I guarantee I will be adjusting on the fly. Safely of course. Cant wait for a ride. I mounted it right in the cowl and added the plastic spacer for looks but his kit comes ready to mount without tools to side of cowl. So simple and quality. K.I.S.S. Method always works best and this is one. Will take a short video when it gets dark but you have full adjustment range. Once sweet spot is found it wont take much as conditions warrant. Well done Roc! Thank You!

Looks good. Did you use that zip strip holder still for your install or was it secure enough the way you mounted it. where did you purchase that plastic spacer tube?
I believe I got that spacer at ACE Hardware. Was a few in my stash!Looks good. Did you use that zip strip holder still for your install or was it secure enough the way you mounted it. where did you purchase that plastic spacer tube?
This is how I did it.
Stuck end firmly on adjuster screw
With slight pressure toward screw eyeballed where hole which is slightly bigger than threaded end was drilled.
Removed from adjuster and added a flat flange nut and washer with grease in between.
I then put threaded end in hole first. This is important since it will not go in hole if on adjuster first. Then just bent adjuster till it lined up with adjuster and let it go on adjuster.
Ground plastic spacer on grinder on about angle it needed to be.
Slipped spacer on
Threaded Jam nut on
Threaded Knob on
Tightened Jam nut with Needlenose pliers holding knob with hand.
Done. Took approximately 10minutes!

I actually NEEDED this knob this weekend!
We had a lot of snow dust & the high beam was glaring the snow like when you drive your car in the fog.
The low beam just wasn't enough light.
I would have moved it down just for this predictament

Just installed mine today. I installed per Rocks directions and went in without a hitch. the zip strip with hole in it for rod is a little bit of a pain to reach in and make sure its not around wires but once you make sure its in the right spot its easy peasy. great product Roc. Cannondale took his to the next level and it looks awsome!

Looks great Cannondale!
(Our objective was a Super Easy No Tools, or Drilling, install/use & we met that objective.)
Ty for the feedback Dude! Post a pic when you get a chance!
We can fine-tune the kit as we get more feedback on it. Looking to get as much feedback as we can before we make another large batch of them!
Really like how your install looks so factory on your dash Cannondale!!!

Been thinking of adjusting my headlights, but my thoughts were as mentioned above... They'd be perfect in the shop, but once I hit the trails... need a adjustment again and I'd just get frustrated! lol Long story short, just ordered this kit! hopefully all goes well and can't wait to trail test this!
One question for Roc though, noticed on the website it said the kit would cost $25 and an additional $10 for canadian shipping. When I checked out on paypay, it still came up as $35 + $10. I paid anyways because I want to get this enroute, but if there is an issue there, maybe you'll want to take a look.
Cheers!

How long is the cable? I would like one of these kits but I need to make sure the cable will route around the goggle bag, if necessary. I have a LOT of stuff jammed under there (Rocz HID headlights, Smart Supply, USB cable for GPS, wiring for boost & A/F gauge).

could you mount the adjuster in the goggle bag on the sidewinder....no hole drilling
I did the drilling on my own. The stock kit requires no drilling or tools and it clears the goggle bag. Mine is just modded.could you mount the adjuster in the goggle bag on the sidewinder....no hole drilling

As Cannondale pointed out above, he modded how he installed the kit.
The kit as it comes, requires NO Modifications at all, NO drilling of any kind!
Is super easy, almost no tools install. (Need one 7/16" wrench to tighten the Jam Nut for the Control Knob)
It easily clears the Goggle bag & anything that is under the area. (My sled has all the same stuff & designed it to work with all of it.)
The cable actually sits right against the bottom of the goggle bag area, just on the Left edge of your goggle bag.
You will lose NO room in your goggle bag.
When installed as Cannondale did it, or the way it comes, it will look factory.
You can easily Adjust your Headlight, on demand, Right where you need it, ON THE TRAIL, with NO TOOLS!
This is near impossible with the stock setup.
You will like how easy it is to install & use!
