well i finally had a chance to go for a little ride,(05 rx-1) trails just starting to open up :) . i am wondering what rpm`s you guys with clutch kits and without (stock)are turning at lets say 50,60,70 mph good hard packed surface or road driving . i think mine is running to high, at 60mph it is turning 8000 i cannot remember what my 04 warrior was but i thought it was lower like 7000 rpm i have a bender clutch kit and have no idea what helix or spring is in the kit but it is wrapped at 30 ?? this sled hits 10300 rpm`s right away and pulls awsomme to over 200kph( sorry about the metric) this kit is using heel clickers and came with a primary and secondary spring and helix also. kit seems to work awsomme but clickers will be going as i here they are bad news (so i read)but not yet as christmas has burnt my extra funds .so if you can let me know what cruise rpm`s you are running and what you are running (stock or clutched) and if you think i am high, at 60 mph =8000rpm`s or even any input on benders kit what helix they use ..

That rpm sounds about right to me. It won`t hurt the motor and as long as your happy with the way it runs it`s all good

My 04 at 60 MPH is approx. 7500 RPM...It is completely stock...

thanks for the reply`s guys anyone else want to post rpm`s at 60 mph would like to see a few more and some with clutch kits thanks for now

Mine seems to be around 7 grand, 7500 at 40-60 mph range. I have 62.5 gm HH's and a 54-42 helix.

I checked mine tonight at 60mph its 7700 in about 2" of fresh snow on top of a 4" base.Ive got a little bit stronger secondary spring(yamaha silver)at 80 degrees.
