Rode sled 1st time this year this weekend after I had installed new Cobra track. Road 60 miles Friday night and was checking track tension on Saturday morning and noticed right side slides were gone land eft side was OK.
I installed 2 new slides recheck track alignment and tension, had all the guys i ride with watch and read the manual and it was perfect. Test drove it on Sunday in mostly excellent snow conditions and 50 miles right side only GONE to wear line WTF.
I have sled home now and will pull skid to look something has to be bent.
Does anyone have any thoughts????
Never had any issues the last 3 seasons

Did you check every clip on that side for damage or debris? Something on the track must either be rubbing or keeping the snow from lubricating properly.

I will recheck them carefully with the skid out.
We all looked at them on Saturday and nothing stuck out. I would assume the odds of a defective track is slim.

Is it wearing on the entire slide or some spots more than others? Any burn marks or melted plastic on the track?

worn evenly front to rear, sometimes when i would stop to check the right side track clips were hot and left side cold
the track clips had blue spots and would melt to the plastic only on the right side
