Looking for feedback for anyone who has ridden both. I am wondering if the valving is different on the RTX... I assume it is so curious if it still rides good. Not looking for performance comparisons or the 129 vs 137 debate. There is plenty on that already.

I have an RTX -SE (I know you asked for LE)...I'm 200 # dressed, I really like the ride. A little adjustment here & there really goes a long way.

I have LTX-LE. This is my first Yamaha Sled. I have a 2016 renegade Enduro and a 2016 zr 7000 limited.
I'm 6'2" 260 lbs with gear
On position 1, great trail ride. Not as plush as Enduro but I've riden 200 miles in one day on flat Ontario trails and didn't feel beat up.
If trails are bumpy (tug hill) I'm on #2 setting. I feel there is quite a difference between position 1 and 2
If you know the hill it's easy to get 3 ft rollers by the afternoon I used position 3 sled handles it well. Great shocks.
I'm not one to skip across tops at 70 mph but firming up shocks allows you to speed up and actually makes it easier to ride those damn bumps.
My girlfriend rides my zr7000 limited which has QS3 shocks but no rebound like the LE has. I sent out her shocks this past off season and had position 1 softened 35% and position 2 softened about 20% and it rides in the rear very close to Enduro and she loves it.
I Have not ridden RTX but these shocks can be revalved very easily to suit your riding style
Just my $ .02

RTX seems to have better transfer and ride quality.

Seams to be very subjective. I really like the way my RTX rides and handles and I hear the same from the LTX crowd. There is only 1 track lug more on the snow between the two so the track length is really a non issue. If the two sleds were setup the same and you didn't know which was which I'm not sure you could tell the difference. Either is a great choice. Pick what you like (color, features ect.) and can get the best price on and go ride.

Does anyone know if the valving is different between the two?
