I had mine set at Stock with curves and shaper bars on it. I would reccommend lowering the pressure in the floats to about 50-55 and increase the center spring a few turns. If the trails are somewhat broken you will love it, if they are crusty it will take some man power to turn it. The guys at Curve reccommend a round bar for the 09 verse the shaper. I am getting a set soon and my mechanic is dialing it in for me. ( got a new addition to the family coming soon, need to do the right thing for a while). I weigh about 210 with gear and ride hard. I love the back set up as is and if you ride hard and are heading to Tug Hill the faster you go the better it is
Reducing the floats will also make it a little less tippy in the corners. If this is your first Nitro, give it to her, you will love it.

I have the same sled and skis, with the exception of a 128" and Hacksaw track. Here is my aproximate setup, I say aproximate because it's always changing a little.
Front shocks: 45 psi, Comp, Full soft (if not bottoming), Rebound middle.
Center shock: Two threads preload on spring, Comp, middle, rebound, middle. This is about to change for some trials but it did work.
Torsion springs: Low, I may try mid on the next trip but it seems to work.
Rear Shock: Comp High-speed- 3 turns out (one turn from full soft), Low-speed- middle, Rebound 3 clicks slower from middle.
Front Limiter: Pulled up (shortend) one hole.
Rear Limiter: Stock full length.
This is with the stock transfer blocks and realy no other mods that would effect the susp. Seems I can hammer the corners pretty well. It has only bottomed maybe once on a big hole (which I would expect it to) and seems fairly smooth over the studders. These settings were for 1 to 2 foot bumps on groomed trails. As always still playing with it so it may change but if I had to ride it like this all year I would be fine with that as well. A good starting place. I'm 6 foot tall and weight is about 250-260 ready to ride

LJ 452,
THANK YOU for the specifics of your SE skid settings. One question. How much do you weigh?

Ok stupid question,
How do you open the suspension spread sheet. The link everyone puts on sends you to the original string??

Sorry ment to put that on there and forgot, I was in a hurry. Edited post but it's 250lbs maybe 260 with gear. As I said the trails were pretty smooth so this would be for smooth to moderate trails. If it got bad I would probably crank up the comp. When I rode it stock it loved to be hammerd down the bumps but was a little rough in the studders.
Grimm, planned on putting it in there but the file is gone. What's the best way to get the info up on the sheet? I read that Crew would do it but figured I should do it myself as I will be changing it. Any ideas?
