I just purchased a 04 rx1 le carry over and was wondering about any tips on setting up suspension so handling was better in corners?, also any tips on making exhaust loader with buy new pipe? and any other tips,
thanks, :4STroke:

OK ps, 1st things 1st, the majority of posters use Simmons Ski with Bergstrom Carbides, big improvement. I also Ohlins on the front. You also only want studs on the inside of track. You may also want a bigger sway bar. If you don't want to spend $650 for Ohlins, then straight rate springs will help (not sure what 04 has), most guys will reccomend the 2.3 springs. I cant help you with the rear as I have a M10. The other thing to do for arm stretching performance is the ECP kit w/EVAC, do a search on the top of page and read everything. You can either buy new exhaust or you can gut your OEM pretty easily, you can also do a search on gutting the exhaust.

Good Luck and Welcome Aboard, you will love your sled, but it does take a little getting used to. Plus it gets better the more you ride it (after break in).

Welcome aboard!!

Like indy said.. you can add either a 12mm or 13mm swaybar from pioneer performance and 2.3kg front springs which allow you to lower the front of the sled some to help with center of gravity!

also try tightening the limiters straps some to give more ski pressure to keep the skis on the ground!

C@A skis work awsome too..

Thanks for the info

Thanks alot for the info, I have a feeling I going to love the sled. :4STroke:

i allso have a 04 leftover that i put 750 miles late last year up in ontario, and i know what your lookin for.happy with the overall package but it sure has to be adjusted big time for the cornering. i know it gonna take some gettin used to, expecilly the engine braking going into the corner. im used to using brake not just leting off the gas. keep me posted on how your doin.me also
