RX-1 weird idle, cleaned carbs same thing

RX-1 is idling low even if you turn it up, after stopping from a ride it is barely idling, turn sled off not touching throttle, start if a few minutes later not touching throttle it idle's at 3-3500 rpm, blip throttle and it drops to less than 1000. kind of like the old carberated trucks kicking it out of high idle, cleaned carbs and it didn't change one bit. Did not do this last year. Runs fine otherwise......did I miss some dirt in the pilots? Plugs maybe? Vacum leak?

Clean them again, make sure they are synced, check plugs, clean/check coils. That's about all i know but it should get you started.
