Launch master
1000 bound,
Did you install it yet?
When i talked with Brett on the teck line, he told me that it will not work with the stock ignition as it is CDI. Are you using an MSD ignition??
Let me know please, as I really would like to ger a launch control for use with the stock ignition.
Thnaks,

If this is a carbed machine, did you check all the jets and make sure there right or not damaged? And also maybe syrchronization?

limited to 8500 again
As an update.
I have been doing some research on here and decided to add a second air line from my intercooler to the #3&4 carbs to run the slides. This did not make my problem go away.
I am going to look for air leaks later tonight or tomorrow night, but first I am going to run the engine for 15 minutes or so to heat everything up a bit. I will post the results.
I am not running a wideband.
I changed the location of my boost gauge pickup to the 4 barbs on the intake runners. When I am RPM limited the boost is also lower. After I let off the throttle the boost also increases. 10 or 11 psi after I let off.
1/4 mile times are around 10.9 @123.5 MPH. remember no power till I let of part way down the track.
Unhooking the tach does not make any difference.
To be honest it seems like the throttle slides are not working correctly and thaat letting off the throttle lets them fully opem. no way that I know of to verify this, but I was considering taking the springs right out for one pass to see what might happen.
Please any help is still greatly appriciated.

update
I forgot to mention.
When the RPM is limited. The sled just seems to lack power.
Nopopping, or gurgiling. Exhaust is a nice ligth grey color.

Problem under high boost
We have seen a few RX1 that won't go on hard runs on track!
Crank up fuel pressure to about 6-7 psi as long as it doesn't mess up idle and try one more run.
Which regulator are you running and where is boost/vaccum hook into?
Hook into behind carbs so at vaccum is lowers fuel pressure so at high boost it will have slight more pressure.
Sounds like running out of fuel.

I am using billet MPI regulator.
It is set at 4 psi at idle and 15 psi at 10 psi boost.
I was told by MAC at MPI not to mess with the settings.
It is hooked to the 90° fitting under the intercooler.
