Hey guys
Been working on this project for the last year. Had a bender kit on my RX1 and loved the power but the sled just didn't Handel well at all. Typically ride off trail backcountry riding. The carb set up was a nightmare for several reasons. Decided to try a propane set up. So here are some pics of the build.

Yes, the Bender fueling system sucked. MCX on the other hand had it figured out, and the sled (03 RX1 MTN) I put 10,000 mountain kms on rocked. It ran better than many turboed fuel injected sleds. Hope the propane works out for you. Cool build.

Awesome build !
I built a log-style exhaust manifold for my Nytro turbo and had some discussion with Erik at McXpress about it and he said it works on the Nytro but he did not recommend it on the 4 cyl engine since the exhaust valves are open at the same time.
I dont know if it possibly could cause damage or if it just robs some horsepower.
