rx1 nos HELP!!!!!!!

hi guys its me well 1 st run and no go... 1 and 3 plugs melted the spark tip off,,, stock plugs... only thing oil was every were in the air box..... but got it home via trailer ,, and does not seem to leaking any were???? its it possible that the oil was like pushed through the pcv. then gathered in the box???/thanks

looks like with the 03s the rings were to blame for this problem,,,, gona swap in some new plugs .. and make sure its all ok

cyl 4..150 psi

so gona have to tear it down...bummer
or better yet,,, see if the dealership can do anthing?? with the new carb boot for sure.

you know,,, not even a flashing light,or anthing even now,, no check engine, zip.its going to the dealer on monday,, must of been BAD GAS

you know it funny im in the back of the shop and a customer comes in with a 05 rx turbo and oil all over it( in the air box) and i said bet the # 1 cyl took a dump.. and guess what ,, i was right.. all most the exact psi in every cyl as mine,,,, so i tried to help, but he said even though it has a turbo yamaha will cover it! i kindly said ,,, sir are you sleepy?? cuess your all ready dreaming... but in a nice way .... so just a note that some rx s even 05 may have motor woes! I am glad i did not put a turbo on this sled,, mabey a new one though,, just that you cant tell that i had the nos on it at all,,, but you would sure notice if it had a turbo on it.

Too lean jetting and too little octane for the actual compression will take out whatever engine. Because of the ring problem on the 2003 I decided to go with low comp pistons as well when I had to take it apart anyway. Deto will usually not overheat the engine, it just goes boooom all of a sudden without any signs of malfunction.
