Though that move makes absolutely no sense whatsoever, its a simple matter of removing the drop brackets for 136 and replacing them with the ones for 121, and installing the center mount for 121 at the correct location.

That's funny LB, I was kind of thinking the same thing....most guys WANT the 136", not the 121"...I can't recall seeing one other 136 to 121 conversion on here...but the other way around is extremely common.... to each their own. I really like my 136 compared to my bros 121....JMHO. ;)!

well its not my sled my buddy is looking at a warrior and is worried that it is going to push hard in the corners!!!! But he had never rode a 136" before and was hoping that if he didn't like it that it would be easy to swap. For the guy with warriors how do they handle the turns do you notice a lot of difference between the 121"

what do you like better about the long track vs the shorter. any disadvantages?

Well, the objective is to go through snow, so you want lots of track to float and grip. Disadvantages to long track? Nope. The addition of 24 more studs to your 121 inch track will have a greater effect (in terms of push) than increasing size to 136, but won't offer NEAR the same amount of additional traction. Its only when you start going REAL long (162"+) that you start to get seriously detrimental effects on handling.
