this happened to me last season, changed everything nothing worked, added a new ground to the relay to the frame, works great.

Really funny Coyotekid, Why don't you just buy the sled then you can change all the stuff over, give your old man a break you have ridden the sled enough
Thanks to all who have sent sugguestions. I still haven't had time to really get into it yet. I have checked the 10 amp fuses and the are Ok, when I turn the key it will click thats all I hope to get to it this week end.

Well last night I finally found the time to look at why my sled would not start. I found a short in the wiring harness, once i fixed that the sled started right up

Where was the short?

It was in the wire harness where the starter relay assy wire goes under the battery bracket. It was chaffed through
Glad to see you got it fixed up.
