Anyone know if this part of the fuel tank is solid (white x)? I'd like to put a hole in it to run Afr wiring.

Don't do it! That part of the tank is where to top & bottom are seemed together. I trimmed that same spot on my trail tank to improve the fit & caused a leak. I had to plastic weld it back together to stop the leak. It looks like that's the stock tank so it might be different but I doubt it. So if you do drill be careful & be aware you might be buying another tank. If you do need one I have a stock tank. Best of luck but I would find another route.
I routed my AFR wiring under the tank due creating a small dented channel in the tunnel so the wire wouldn't get pinched. Worked well for me.
