Whats the safest shot of NOS to use without having to replace or reinforce engine components? Looking at the Holtzman kit but not looking to sacrifice engine reliability

My first response is none. It depends what your looking for and fuel used. Holtzman sells single and double nozzle systems. When you run up 60hp you can get away with 93 octane in moderation ~ less than 10 seconds at a time

I ran 45 and 60 horse Holtzman kits with 87 octane and no problems.
Currently have 90 horse on my attak, a lot of nitrous thru it now, and run premium fuel. All of the kits I have installed using premium fuel, absolutely no problems.

10 seconds usually, but know I have gone longer (not that I expected too)
Run 92-93 octane whenever on the bottle. Did the bagger trip with Swiss Sledder and filled up with regular fuel (87) as I didn't need to use the bottle that trip.
Tried 114+ but didn't notice it that much so I went back to 92-93. I have mine set rich and also have the gauge pod mod set at +13 and the Hauck fuel accelerator set at 5 full throttle.

Is this how you add fuel Terry, or do you use Barry's fuel adder?

Barry's kit still adds fuel, but I add fuel on top of what his kit adds. I am set at 6 1/4 turns right now for Barry's system. It is rich but I am safe that way.
