I had a 14 XTX, then bought a 15 XTX LE last year, I like the moutain seat better. It isn't a brick, comfortable when sitting, and a much easier transition to standing......

Definitely looks easier to swing a leg around the back to go from side to side.......hmmm mm one more mod for the list this year

If your feet weren't so big it wouldn't be a problem. Lol [emoji48]I just did the same, switched over to a mountain seat. Got a deal on it and couldn't pass it up.
It's slightly firmer, taller, can kick my feet around it and I like it so much better.

As short as he is I'm surprised he doesn't have stairs on the back of the boards to help with the transition side to sideIf your feet weren't so big it wouldn't be a problem. Lol [emoji48]

- 2017 Yamaha Sidewinder XTX
I know this is an older thread, but just want to confirm. I have a 2017 sidewinder XTX that I want to swap the seat to a mountain seat. Can’t seem to find a Yamaha one but found a few 2012/2013 Arctic Cat M1100. Want to confirm this fits before spending my wad of $$ also it is a heated seat, do I just need a switch and route to power? Or it there a harness a guy can pick up? Thanks for any help.
