How much did the exhaust end up and did you have to make any mapping adjustments.

$220 for the header, $200 for the muffler, and $30 for welding and misc. I haven't made any adjustments yet but I will. It's got the lean pop.

heres a few pics of nikolai this weekend. Nothing special, just tunning in the new float x's.

Nice pics for how little that jump was. Someday I'm going to stick to trails and not have to mess with anything, lol.

Since my last post I had to remove my seat brackets because I was bending them and had to remount the seat and exhaust. I finished that last weekend. Now I have to remove the furthest back 440 tunnel braces since they're hitting my swingarms. I also bent my right running board(which is bent back now) and found out tonight I broke an overload spring in my expert-X. I upped the preload on the shocks and think I'm just going to try riding without the overloads. It might actually make hitting jumps easier since it should kick back less.

If it isn't one thing it's two. At least the motor runs perfect

So how's that sled riding? How's the riding?

Sled is running good. Broke the top two mounts on the oil reservoir so I'm fixing that right now. Getting kind of tired of the weight though. I've been thinking about trying to stuff my motor in an IQR chassis. Took some measurements off a friends sled and the motor will fit.

My new lower ball joints are in as well and are .......
.... reaming the smallest ID bushing out a hair, and still have to modify the bushings a little. Not to mention the shoulder of the bolt only went halfway into the balljoint.

WTH ever happen to quality work?

I swear, one of these days I'll have all the equipment to do my own fab.

Just been reminiscing over this thread. You asked a question waaaayyy back. I think maybe somebody has answered one your questions somewhere along your journey...
