What's the best or easiest way to do it? Heat the sheave and freeze the bushing? Use the new bushing to press out the old bushing?

The proper way is with a press to remove old and put new in. I have done it without a press. But I really would not recommend it, and not going to mention it. Dealers have the press i would imagine.
