how much play is there supposed to be in the secondary when it's open?
I've been having a hard time getting my clutching spot on and I suspect my secondary is staying open/closed, today I took it out to clean it and noticed that when the clutch is open it wiggles around quite abit, I just want to know if this is normal

couple years ago I though the same thing spent the 65 bux on the two new bushings and pressed them in, had the same play oh well live and learn.
as for clutching I find depth of snow really effects wot rpm on 1-2 inch snow on the lake i pull perfect 10800rpm then deeper snow could go as low as 10400.
if your running same conditions check the "shoes" on the secondary for wear or cracking

I had the cheapy Kimpex shoes on the secondary and they're finished after only 150 miles, I'm putting in a set of Yammy shoes now so hopefully they'll hold up
