Does anyone make a better bushing for the secondary. I find mine very sloppy.

If they are not rough or torn run them. Loose is better.

Really I would think the opposite, to much slop susceptible to binding. I find with the sidewinder secondary when installing the helix it's more difficult to pull the sheave towards you to sink the studs into the helix. It has play so it binds if you know what I mean. I don't recall it being like this on my past yamahas. If they are not rough or torn run them. Loose is better.

New will be the same. It was designed to have play.Really I would think the opposite, to much slop susceptible to binding.
