Not sure what to do next - replaced the secondary rollers and helix from Thunder Products. One of the rollers is not touching the ramp. OEM rollers and helix was the same.

Have you run it on a stand? Sometimes on reassembly you'll have one not touch after putting belt on. Once you run it all are touching.

Did you replace the stock spring? I would think that may make a difference. I think Thunder Products just came out with an Orange spring that's supposed to be very good....eliminates coil bind and what not. Perhaps that will make a difference?? I'm thinking of doing a Dalton Spring and helix as well in my Secondary because I too have gotten H.D. Rollers from Turbo Dynamics. Hopefully others weigh in that are more knowledgeable than I on this dilemma.

I have not ran it on a stand - I will try that. Yes spring was replace with the TP spring.

Let us know what you find after you run it/spin the track??

If it was like this before, and now after too....with all new aftermarket stuff, it begs the question, is there a bad bushing in there? Was it assembled carefully as to not hurt the bushing?

Something odd going on there, pics are always a help.

X2 on it sounds like a bad bushing

Ran the sled on a stand. After running 1 roller is touching the helix and the other 2 freely spin. Also helix does not completely return to the washer. About 1/8” gap which leaves the belt low in the secondary. I’m at a loss.

By chance is your helix wrapped backwards? Need to turn it clockwise when installing. Pm me your phone number and I'll call you and help figure this out. Then we will report back here for everyone else.

I think it's not wrapped properly too.

Nope - it’s wrapped the correct way 3-3 clockwise. After running it I can slide the belt through the clutch then the helix comes back. Still doesn’t explain the rollers not touching.
