I noticed I was missing a roller while going through the sled, I think it was a hytorque roller from td. I bought new ones from cat and started taking out the old ones when I noticed the clutch was cracked. This must have happened on the last ride last season but I didn’t notice. It doesn’t look like it was missing for long because the ramp on the helix were the roller was missing isn’t much different looking than the others. I plan on riding Thursday if I can find a stationary sheave. There’s a couple used parts places around me but not open today. Finally going to get snow and I’m broke, lol. This is what I get for waiting till the last min. If anyone has one they can part with it would be appreciated, thanks

Good catch. Mine did same thing 2 yrs ago. Someone on here will probably have a whole secondary for sale. More so than a half.

Just did the service on my winder. See some crack like. Don’t know if it’s coming from the casting or no??

Looks like casting flash on the vertical ones, look into the horizontal one more with a pick or knife edge to see if you have a "real" crack.
