Secondary / Driven Clutch - All the same?

The secondary in my wife's 08 MTX is completes trashed. I'm looking to replace it with a used one and not blow the bank. Looking on Ebay it looks like every secondary Yamaha made since '85 is about the same. Can anyone tell me if these older ones will work? Thanks for your help!

Any clutch from a 94-96 Vmax 600(XT) will bolt right on with a longer bolt and spacer. See the Phazer FAQ section for details. Got mine on eBay for 85$ shipped and $15 for the spacer and bolt.

Assuming you are talking about a Phazer?
