setting up Elka rear shocks??

I just purchased rear shocks(used) for my 2003 rx1 and was wondering on the initial set-up.I am 200lbs dry and ride fairly aggressive.Can anyone help?

Might want to try this post in the Suspension forum. I'll bet you get more responses down there.

Also, now that I think of it, what are Elka shocks? Maybe you can fill the guys in on these a bit more, when you make your post down on the Suspension Forum?
