I just bought a new 2005 (3 yr leftover) RS Rage. The statement of origin says it is model RSG90KR. When I look in the owner's manual under model RSG90, it shows a dial on the side of the tunnel for a damping adjuster for the mono shock. Mine does not have the dial and I'm wondering how to adjust the damping on the monoshock. Can anyone help? Thanks

If its an 05 it will have a proaction suspension, not a monoshock.Your manual is possibly for an 06?My 05 Vector has a proactive suspension.
AFAIK,anyways!TTYL

Thanks. You're right, it appears to be the pro action skid and I must have the wrong owner's manual. Is the damping on the rear shock adjustable?

No, the dampening on the Pro-Active skid is not adjustable or rebuildable on 05 Vector's and Rage's. In honesty the rear shock in these sleds is a waste of metal. Best bet would be to replace it with at the very least a rebuildable one that can be valved for your weight and riding style.

The 05 Rage has a pro-action suspension, it has non-buildable rear shock but it does have a clicker adjustment.
The 05 pro action rage does have a screw type clicker adjustment.
the 136 pro action works!.
Funny thing about ours,(wifes actually), we both ride the same adjustment and are 70# dif. in wt.
weight transfer is adjustable also.
There are tech postings on this site for pro action adjustments.
