We are going to start playing with nitrous next season and I was wondering if any of you guys have tried a Shockwave helix to close the gap in clutching when off the bottle. I thought this might make a great setup with a set of Supertips.

Clutch tuning by increasing/decreasing helix angle to achieve big rpm changes will bite ya in the azz.

You don't adjust RPM with the secondary.
The primary is where you adjust the RPM.

Sorry Al, I am new.....
Tuning your rpm with the secondary can be done with the secondary....however it is the incorrect way to do it. Tune your rpm with the primary. Tune your shift with the secondary. THAT IS NOT NEW.

i,m sorry if i offended some one i agree thats not the best way 2 make the adjustments ur primary is the most ovious way but when ud deep snow riding or just trail riding and u know ur not dialed in on the primary as 2 what u would like then u have a second choice and its quick and a lot of people really don,t know how much secodarys affect rpms and the shock wave will soon teach u some important factors on that part as its quick adjustments on ur different cam angles in a 1 minute setting . i,m not bashing any body but i,m intitled 2 my opinion like u are and i speak my mind on my knowledge gained and learned for the 30 years i,ve been racing yamis thanx AL
