The photos and video were shot the second full week of December in Cooke City, MT(Yamaha does their photo shoot there every year). I was there the same weekend they arrived. One of their R&D riders was caught in a small avalanche in an area I was aat just 15 minutes earlier (we past each other going opposite directions on the trail) and got away unscathed as did the sled (lucky man).
If you watch real close there are discrepencies; like when Johnny and Bunny go to bed it is at the Skyline B&B (the huge log home pictured), when Johnny and his son wake up to find Jr. and Bunny missing they are in the Soda Butte Lodge; whitch is a hotel hence the hallway they are standing in. The Skyline has no hallway, just a balcony that overlooks the great room and only has 7 rooms with fancy names rather than room numbers.

She is Bunny now I always thought she was Pretty Bird.
