Hey everyone, I was originally planning on installing a new predator track this winter but I think I'll resort to cutting all windows and clipping my ripsaw for this year. A new track just isnt in the budget. I am planning on using the 504152503 ski doo external drivers. Is this the only part I need to purchase from ski doo for this too work?? And are u guys still using the factory outside internal yamaha drivers with this?? And I've read many posts on the ski doo wheels 503190802 I know the bearing is wider but does any material need to be machined off the mounts or not, many say to do it and others say just a longer bolt is required since the wheel is thinner it rides in the right place. Just trying to get a heads up on whats needed as Im preparing to get this sled ready for winter?? All input is appreciated, Thanks in advance!

i used the skidoo drivers from tracks usa
they are white in color and i have 3500 miles on them
they are still in good shape
i used polaris skid wheels and machined the blocks to
center the wheel between the cogs
outside wheels may not matter but inside wheels will rub
supercharged 12 psi
fully clipped track
racepak udx dash
ngk/ntk wideband

No driver help, but I have the doo idlers (part # you got above) very happy with them they hold up well and reduce hyfax wear.
I machined the holders about .070
Some guys have just used longer bolts

Thanks, but does the doo wheel ride in the correct place without machining since it is thinner than the factory yamaha wheels?? Did you machine so you could use the factory bolts or so the wheel was centered correctly?? Thanks again

I can't answer your idler wheel question ... but I am running the Doo intro/extro drivers. You can take all the stock drivers off the drive shaft, and put just the Doo ones on. That is all you need.
