Ok.. so I shimmed the front skis. Yes, darting was tamed down by doing this, but it still holds similar difficulty in turning and fatigue is there. Burned me out. Need some basic help in further setup

Check ski alignment!
I'm not sure about your rear suspension, but if you have an adjustable spring on the shock closest to the engine, raise your sled off the ground, back off the nuts until the spring is loose, tighten the nuts, and away you go. Yamaha has that spring set up for a 600lb driver!
