Dang it Porkchop!I should have done your bolt mod right away.Those caps I put on left one fell off and I didnt notice till my brand new Klim boot had a wear spot.Guys do this or your boot will get it.

Mmmmm the boots yam 177 gave me don't have this problem with the bolts. I been wearing them since last year racing.

My old boots luckily had some leather right where bolt hits.Wore the heck out of it but didnt ever go through.I dont know Marp maybe you have your feet in different position but the bolt is for sure what did this to both mine.Here is old boot.

Yep, I got my sled in September and after 2 rides with my new Coldwave boots and only 132 miles there was a rub mark starting on them (I thought Cannondale was just crazy talking about this bolt that really only holds 2 thin plates together)

As for the wheels, I just put 2 on the outsides and appears that it did lower the track just a bit more. Been ridding it and not really paying attention on gap, got sliders still so run it!!!
