For you GT guys, think about a gray one (vs black), I put one on mine looks great.

For you guys questioning the need for a skid plate. I have read on Snowest's forum of an Apex mtn needing a new motor allready. It seems he hit a rock and tore the bottom off the engine along with folding the drive axle in two. :shock: Here is another thread of a RX-1 mtn with damage (no skid plate vs. my sleds underside w/ a skid plate) along with a description of what I did damage.

I had a skid-plate on my RX1-04 and still damaged the heat exchanger.
It seemd like the plate could have been another inch, it almost ended before the exchanger..
How about them on Apex, does it cover the exchanger or have I to consider a longer one (possibly make one).
