Sled dies while riding?

Yesterday evening I decided to get my rush of the day and took my newly turboed viper for a qwick boot and and down the private road beside my house:D
As I turned hard left it stalled( the same thing happened once on my first ride after installing turbo)
So I started it back up and and cranked the handle bars left again and it stalled again.
I brought sled back to garage shut it down and went into the troubleshooting mode on gauge pod and check the tps%
with handlebars straight it showed 0 to 100% as I pressed the throttle and back to 0 (same when turning right)
I turn handlebar bars left it showed 0% then then pressed to 100% then let go of throttle and tps was at 3%
I adjusted the cable so it was back to 0% when releasing throttle in all directions(handlebars to the left straight and to the right)
Went back for a ride and cranked steering in all directions and no more stalling!!!!
I must threw out the calibration when I pulled out my throttle bodies during turbo install!!

thought I'd post in case someone else has a stalling issue

I'm sure most of you guys know how to access the troubleshooting mode on your gauges!!
I owned mine for 3 year and just learnt how to access this last week!!! (so i'm sure there are others that didn't know about this option) so this is how you get the troubleshooting screen on our sleds
turn key in the on position(not start)
hold the bottom left and right button on your gauge pod for 5 seconds
and the troubleshooting screen will pop up

I'm having this issue too but didn't check it with the bars turned. I adjusted my TPS so it was at 0% and 99%. I know someone who had a similar problem and was showing WOT at 100%, when they adjusted down to 99% it went away.

When yours stalled, did it completely kill the sled?

Yes when I turned sharp left and off throttle it would stall
Check your tps with bar cranked in both directions
hit the throttle wto and let go see if it goes back to 0
mine is also at 99%wto and all is good

I also clipped the zip tie that is on riser holding throttle cable is was tight!
And installed a new one left it loose

hopefully this is your issue easy fix!!:)

Yes, thanks! Mine went totally dead on the trail though, as in I turned the key off then back on and everything dead. I'd think with the TPS that as soon as you turned they key off and back on it'd reset everything and be good to go.

did it start back up

Nope, if I turned the key to ON there was no power to gauges or anything but the starter would crank. Almost like the kill switch was on. Let it sit a bit then it'd fire up but stall out again and again. Towed it back and it fired up perfectly to get it on the trailer.

Double check tps with steering cranked in both directions to rule that out...

Mine did same thing 3 or 4 times first season I owned it. it was a faulty throttleblock or one of the connections in it. Replaced throttleblock under warranty and hasn't done it since.3 years and almost 10000mi later. The gauges not going on is the key. That is not a Throttle Overide issue.

I believe I figured out my problem. I checked the kill switch wiring inside the throttle block and found them both pinched. Not enough to see the wire through the shielding but close. Looked to be pressing on the bar itself. Wrapped both wires at the pinch points with electrical tape and moved them so they couldn't get pinched again. Rode 30 miles tonight no issue.
