blew my monoshock this weekend , sled is in shop now, anyone know how much a rebuild should cost?

I looked into this a while back when mine cooked... depending on what you broke on it, you might as well start looking for a new shock. What did you all break on yours? Here is a link the the thread I started when I broke mine. Ended up buying a shock out of an 09 which was valved wayyyy better than the 06 shock.

the ohlins can be fixed. revalved will cost around $100.00 with shipping both ways there 3 great places to send it carver, pioneer and there is a guy foam here on ty. just for information the Ohlins is one of the best shock companies out there just that yamaha didn't put the best valving into it in stock forum. i would not trade my ohlins on any other shock out there but that just my opinion.

my dealer called today and said his guy was going 2 rebuild and revalve and add a heavier spring my dealer is good 2me so I think Ill give him a try, hes close to me so no shipping, they asked my weight and riding style so I think it will be ok

bjowett is his name. Know Ohlins well for sure. And I'm with you Darv, Ohlins are quality shocks. I'm sticking with mine for the long haul too.
