Got a problem, I ran my 06 attak out of fuel yesterday when I refueled er she failed to start. It really don't even make a good attempt when turning er over. Could I have fouled a couple of plugs (CR10EK)? The fuel pump is relay is working and the fuel pump is active.
Upon the sled running out of fuel it did start to act up, but I thought it was result of low fuel.
could it be the TORS, if so where is the jumper located so to by-pass.
Any Help will be appreciated

Did you touch your throttle lever when starting. If so, then you might have fouled plugs.
If you run out of gas, turn ign. on/off few times before starting then it will pump more fuelpressure.

are the cr10ek plugs that prone to fouling? if thats the case then I will be putting the stock ones back in, don't need to be fooling with them @ -25'.
I did let fuel pump build pressure by turning key a few times, I only give throttle after it falled to start when it was making an attempt to start (not much of an attempt)

What I usually do is pull the plugs and dump some gas in each hole and put new plugs in and turn the key and she always will start righ up

I shouldn't have to prime do I? JUST REPLACE PLUGS AND START I hope, any way of cleaning up the plugs I fouled (CR10EK) only started the machine twice since I installed, and I made sure it was up to operating temp before shutting down.
Thanks for all the Help

Try pulling out the key for a minute then put it back in trun on to let the pump prime and the guage needles bounce back and then try to start.

NEVER touch the throttle before she runs. Just keep starting.

Mine did the exact same thing, but one of my buddies pulled the throttle lever all the way in while cranking. I just took to of the plugs out, warmed them with a lighter, and put them back in. It started after that, and has been running fine ever since. We still don't have snow, but the few times I have loaded it and unloaded it from the trailer it's been fine. I'm debating changing them, but if its running okay, I may wait until I can get a few miles on them to make that call. Anybody?? I would think getting them up to full operating temperature would help rejuvinate them.

Instead of changing the plugs (which we all know is a pain in the a..) try disconnecting the fuel pump, which is located on the brake side of the sled upfront under the gas tank, (grey connector) Turn the key for a few seconds to burn out the fuel in the cylinders, then reconnect the fuel pump and start the engine. Dont not hit gas for a few seconds, let it run, will run rough (i.e. not firing on all cylinders), then slowly and lightly press the gas. Should take care of its self and start to run on all cylinders. Gently let the engine warm up.
Should do the trick, good luck.

Try cranking for a good long time (30 sec) with the throttle wide open needless to say but watch out when it starts.

Thanks TotallyNytro, will try that, hope it works.
it almost started when I got off work last night, just for an instant I thought it would continue running(seemed like firing on 2/3 cyl very rough for the sec it did ignite) but NO, so without touching the gas I tried turning it over again, for about 15 sec. No luck, its almost as if it wants to for a very brief sec but goes dead again.
Can I access the fuel pump plug easily? your saying under the tank but can I get at it without a major tear down. I never looked at its location @work so will have to wait till tonite
