05 Vector. I had the air box off yesterday and when I went to start it today to load for a trip it won't start, it won't make a noise just like if my kill switch is on(it's not). Battery is good, took the air box back off and couldn't find anything there, fuses all checked out ok. Maybe the kill switch went bad, anyone know how to check it or have any other suggestions it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

This might be basic but did you shut off the sled before the warming light went out or blip the throttle before the light went out? These sleds are VERY sensitive to flooding if your touch the throttle. Replace the plugs and I'll bet she will start.

He said not a noise, so it can't be a fuel issue. It very well could be the kill switch, but the fact that you had the sled apart makes me wonder if you may have disconnected something ? I'd re-check all the connections near the airbox and make sure you didn't disconnect a plug or something related to the electrical starting system, more than likely something very simple.

x2 on what he said ^^^. In order to take the airbox off there are probably some wiring connections in the way that might have been inadvertantly disconnected. Trace all the wiring looms and look for connectors that aren't plugged in. If it worked fine before and now you can't even get it to power up (dash lights, etc.) then something is disconnected.

Also check the wires that come from the kill switch where they plug together under the handle bar pad. I had a intermintint starting issue like yours and it turn out to be a pulled wire from the connector. There was a little piece of rubber that i had to push in and all has been good

won't start

Thanks, I will check those suggestions. The other thing I did was lubing my steering I was working the skis's back and forth so maybe a wire came loose from the kill switch. Thanks for the ideas.
