After riding my Warrior this past weekend I noticed that the heat exchangers under the floorboards are getting REALLY hot. I only rode for about 30 mins and I never actually got the overheat light but after stopping the x-changers were smoking (well steaming). Especially on the right side. Is this normal?

No....not on one side only. If they are noticably hotter on one side exchanger than the other than that's a good sign that you ahave an air lock somewhere in the rear of the system. Probably where the line goes through the tunnel.
I posted the fix for this a few years back and it helped alot of guys out.
When you are riding your sled make sure it's good and hot. Find a STEEP, and I mean STEEP bank and drive up it so your nose of the sled is at no less than a 45 degree angle ponting to the sky. Open the hood and slowly crack the coolant resevoir cap. Give it some throttle to circulate the coolant and if you have an air lock it will eventually find its way to the highest point of the system which is now the bottle. You can actually see the bubble come out! Do this more than once if need be until both exchangers feel EQUALLY warm. Then you know everything is circulating properly.
My sled overheated on me the first time and I did this....never overheated again the entire season.

You can Back your sled up the same steep snowbank, remove the rear plastic cover above the rear track extension. Then slowly OPEN the Bleeding Screw & apply a little throttle, you will see the air bubbles come out.
When you crack open the cap, run a piece of gas line into a 2 litre bottle and plug it into the over flow spout. You will not lose any antifreeze that way and you can pour it back into the res later.

it could be steaming more on that side because that side got more spray on them.

The right side will always be a little hotter as the coolant flows through it first and then to the left.
My sled will steam big time in certain conditions.
If left is cool to the touch and right is very hot then you have a problem.
