I keep hearen about a race sled are we goin see Yamaha on WSA this year or what? I think I saw Yamaha on Rock Maple Racen can anyone tell me anything im sick of green yellow and red all the time.

BLAIR MORGAN!!!!Won't happen with the current models. The prepped Vector they used in Sweden this year didn't really work all that good on the track, too heavy I guess, and maby just a couple "ponies" short of the competition...
Looked and sounded cool though.
Yamaha will have to come up with some other sled design (800 2-cyl.?) to make it competitive, mayby for '07, who knows...
I was at a hillcross this year where they were running a turbo'ed Warrior (rear mount, around 240hp.?) running in the racer 1000-class, and what a tank! No hope in h...ll! Always the last or second to last (if someone had crashed)... And got us laughing over the jumps. The two-smokes jumped 40+ feet, while the Warrior was barely in the air, looked really out of place. It was just not responsive enough through the corners, and needed to brake earlier than the 800's to make the corner... Not a big hit! I heard the same team were going to use an Attak this year, hopefully it can be a little more competitive. It's just not that easy to beat the two-strokes without any longer straights, the weight is still a big issue in corner to corner racing, it seems...
