So this happened...

I fixed one like that for my buddy that never does any maintenance. You all have a friend like that right? He drove on the bad bearing so long that the jackshaft broke and the secondary ended up in the belly pan up in the UP. After cutting out the old bearing race with a dremel tool I smoothed out the metal around out the opening and since the bearing cup was less then 3/4 of the way damaged we got another jack shaft from BOP and some new bearings and put it back together. That was 5 years ago and it's still running, just went almost 350 miles with him this weekend. Yours doesn't look any worse.
This was likely driven for around 30 miles after the bearing went south. I'm glad it went close to the hotel we were staying at. The day before we were 100 miles away.
