Somethings inside my oil resevoir

I checked my oil on my 06 ER. When I put the dip stick back in I felt a spongy material in front of the hole. My 03 RX-1 was solid around the hole. Anybody know if it's normal or do I need to fish something out.

I knew that was comming. But there is something soft in there. check it out and let me know. Id'd like to know if someone put a shop rag or somethin in there cause thats what it feel like. I'm going out to break her in friday, hopefully, I'll be able to feel my fingers when I'm done.
